The piece is a collaboration with the video artist Jonatan Salgado Romero and is inspired by the work of the sound artist and composer Will Menter. It was presented in the context of the “Luftline #5” organized by the Institute of Dance Arts (IDA).

Our dance piece explorers entropy, defined as the measure of disorder or uncertainty in a system. We approached this theme through the sound/choreo(graphic)/sculptural concept inspired by the composer and sound artist Will Menter, who is interested in the intermediate space between humanly produced sounds and sounds in nature. The sound/choreo(graphic)/sculptural approach allowed us to play with the idea of disarray, chaos, and randomness, which seems to be the universe’s tendency towards transformation.
